As a thirty-year resident of Sarasota, Andrew has strong roots in the community with a vast network of friends, colleagues, and industry professionals. In fact, Andrew’s relationships, along with his extremely personable nature and infectious positivity, drive his business through word-of-mouth referrals and testimonials. Andrew has been an active real estate professional in Sarasota since 2005 and has served as a Senior Partner for one of the top-ranked real estate teams in the region for over 7 years. He was also co-owner of a successful real estate franchise in Sarasota and instrumental in building the firm from 15 to 120 agents.  Since 2014, Andrew has been the 'Exclusive' real estate analyst and host of the popular TV Series, ‘Selling the Suncoast’ for the local TV station, ABC7, presenting the latest trends and data for the SW Florida real estate market.

 

In addition to helping buyers and sellers, Andrew also coaches top performing business professionals and real estate teams across the country in advanced communication strategies. He has written and presented his own business performance programs including Breaking Through Barriers 2.0, Agent Fast Track Program, & CORE 5™.  Andrew has presented his training programs in front of crowds exceeding 100 people at the local association of Realtors® and has been invited by national corporations for onsite leadership & advanced communication training.

 

Among serving in leadership roles throughout the community, Andrew was former Chairman of the Advisory Board of Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School and is currently the President of the Dedicated Ashton Dads group at his daughter's elementary school. In his personal time, Andrew enjoys every moment with his wife, two daughters, and Irish Doodle, Callahan. Boating and fishing with his family and friends are a favorite pastime along with spending weekends in the pool and working his magic on the Grill.  Andrew Haddad is also ranked as a Shodan “Blackbelt’ studying Okinawan Shuri-ryu Karatedo for the past 10 years and attributes many of his “Life Successes" to the discipline, commitment, and integrity he demonstrated in the dojo.

 

Andrew prides himself on going above and beyond for his clients and raising the standard of service in our community.
